Primrose Hill International school today.
ISCKL was invited to put together a training session for the Primrose Hill International school nursery and primary kids, years 2 to 5 at their wonderful facility set amidst the picturesque backdrop of the KL Twin Towers this morning! It was a fun filled session for the kids and also to the watching parents and teachers to see the kids enjoy themselves with the set of drills put in place at the two hour session.
ISCKL would like to thank everyone at Primrose Hill for giving us the opportunity and we look forward to working with these kids again.
Sunday Academy.
Great 2-hour session today for the ISCKL kids at all age groups. The boys were put though their paces and as always were passionate and competitive. Below, a few pictures of the morning training.
Young warriors. U-10s in action.
The ISCKL U-10s took on a very good visiting team in a friendly on Sunday and did themselves proud despite crashing 4-3. It was end to end stuff with our young lads trying their best to outwit the visitors but a last minute goal ended all hopes of back to back wins over the recent weeks. Despite the defeat, our young warriors can hold their heads up high with their efforts and commitment put into the game and they will learn from this. Credit to the players and the parents for the support.
Trainings will resume again on Sunday.

ISKL Panthers U-13 Boys vs. Jr. Varsity Girls
A friendly 7-a-side took place this evening with the ISKL U-13 boys taking on the Jr.Varsity girls team at the campus pitch. Both teams played strong and hard and with a competitive attitude which saw 6 goals in total, with the boys coming back from a goal deficit to win 5-1.
Next week will see a 11-a-side rematch on a full pitch to further test the fitness levels for both teams.
Match report. U-12s ISCKL v RSC & MBPJ
The U-12 boys played 2 friendly matches today at Mardi crashing 6-0 on the first game to RSC and winning the 2nd game with a much improved performance against MBPJ with a 4-2 scoreline. A Silas hattrick and Mihir getting the 4th goal.
The ISCKL boys started off poorly against a very disciplined RSC team but raised their game later on despite the tragic circumstances of a tennis scoreline. Not taking anything away from the opponents who were merciless nor the poor pitch conditions which was fit for aquatics, the boys spent most of the time wading on their yacht in order to get through the stream of currents up front just to sniff up a goal opportunity. It was inevitable that wasn’t going to happen. Coach Sheldon had a few missed calls midway through the game at this point, presumably of messages with a vote of confidence given to reassure his illustrious colourful gaffa career!
The 2nd game v MBPJ saw a different approach with deployment of changes on personnels and with Mihir stationed on his own as a lone striker! It paid off! Mihir banging in a cracker and Silas taking the match ball home for his well scripted hattrick! At the back and in nets, Aakash must have hoped that Sky sports was covering the game as he did his camera saves and triple somersaults whilst leaving the opposition strikers bemused at the antics of this cat in nets, and wishing they had stayed home to enjoy a Sunday roasts instead.
Defenders Ajay, Kush, Jamie and Peter performed outstandingly at the back whilst Alex, Ingmar, Silas, Storm, Laurient, Rahul, Jude and Aayush supported their mates with excellent skills a nd coordination throughout the game.
A great day all around and many thanks to the parents for turning out.
Coach Sheldon.
MKIS Tigers, roaring indoors!
So the Heavens opened today, thus forcibly sending the Tigers indoors for the final term training sessions. Not to be outdone by the weather, the commitment and determination showed by the boys at the indoor drills makes us all proud as to why we look forward to working on the weekly trainings with these young lads.
Well done MKIS Tigers!
The young, the passion, the joy!
Children’s House little soccer kids never fail to amazed us at ISCKL! The determination, the vibrancy and the willingness to learn at such an early age is there for all to see. Kids as young as four outdoing one another and celebrating with gutso and passion when goals are scored! Credit to them, the campus and to the parents for trusting ISCKL to nurture and guide these little champions!
